Company History

Founded in 1993, Innovative Automation (IA) has always strived to provide high quality software solutions for warehouse automation with a minimum investment by the customer. The San Diego based corporation's charter remains steadily in focus through its success in combining extensive industry-based knowledge with the latest proven software technologies to create a new generation of software solutions. IA's principals have over thirty-two years experience in the development and integration of automated material handling applications for warehouse distribution, manufacturing, and stockroom environments. With extensive experience in tailoring software applications to meet the specific needs of a wide customer base as well as providing standard products, IA developed a scaleable solution to meet immediate and future customer requirements.During their tenure in the material handling industry, the principals have cultivated strong reputations for fairness and integrity. Their team approach to system definition and detailed specification has encompassed coordination of facility management, corporate MIS, industrial engineers, and end-users. Without exception, the partners have lived each phase of system implementation from initial definition to system start-up and support.
